RH Byron Tables and Desks Recall Class Action Lawsuit
On October 16, 2025, RH issued a recall for their Byron dining tables and desks. According to recall number 26-023, the affected tables and desks can collapse when a gap forms between the leg and tabletop and a force is applied to the top. This can pose an injury risk to consumers. The recall affects approximately 750 products.
The recall affects three models of the RH Byron products. Affected products include the following:
- Byron Reeded Stone Table
- Byron Reeded Stone Desks
- Byron Emperador Tables
The products were available in different colors and in different lengths.
There has been at least one report of a dining table collapsing and resulting in lacerations.
The tables and desks were sold online at RH.com and at RH galleries and outlets from November 2023 to July 2025. They were sold for prices ranging from $1,700 to $12,00. The company is urging all affected consumers to stop using the defective tables and desks and contact them to coordinate a pickup of the product free of charge and a full refund.
