Igor Fradkin or as he is known in the industry, “Rideshare Slayer” is a litigation and trial attorney at the DTLA Law Group with extensive experience representing clients in personal injury and litigation; he has helped clients recover millions of dollars for their injuries. He practices in both state and federal courts. He has been selected as a 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 Southern California Rising Stars list, an honor reserved for those lawyers who exhibit excellence in practice. Only 2.5% of attorneys in Southern California receive this distinction. Mr. Fradkin graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with degrees in Political Science and Russian before graduating cum laude from Western State College of Law where he finished near the top of his class while being the Business Editor and student writer of the Law Review. Mr. Fradkin has been admitted to practice law in California. He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. Prior to helping injured victims in personal injury cases, he spent a year at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office as a certified law clerk handling over 20 preliminary hearings.

Mr. Werbin attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison to earn his Bachelor of Arts degree while being an active member of the Pre-Law Society, Collegians for a Constructive Tomorrow, and Sierra Student Coalition. Then, he moved on to Southwestern Law School, where he also worked on the Southwestern Journal of International Law before graduating with a J.D. in 2012. He is known throughout the legal community for his commitment to justice, professionalism and work ethic, and above all, his dedication to his clients. He was selected to Rising Stars in 2022 for his work in ride-share accidents, construction site accidents, assault & battery, wrongful death, and premises liability. This prestigious honor is reserved for the top 5% of lawyers. He handles cases for clients in all California state and federal courts. Recent, Mr. Webin has secured millions for his clients, with dozens of cases securing half a million dollars or more. Some of the most impressive cases include a slip and fall at a movie theater for $1.275M, four cases including a security guard assault, a slip and fall in a big box store, and two slip and fall in a grocery store matters, each obtaining $1M to ensure that justice was served for his clients.
Mr. Morgan’s path to his law degree began at the University of California Davis with a Bachelor’s degree in political science and government. Next, he attended Southwestern Law School, where he graduated in three years with his J.D. and as a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program. Upon graduation in 2010, he has been practicing law at some of the most prestigious firms in the Los Angeles area. While beginning his career as a defense attorney, he determined that his passion was giving back to those who needed his expertise the most. So, after seven years working for defendants that included significant corporations and insurance companies, he transitioned to protecting the rights of individuals and families whose lives were altered or ended in severe personal injury or wrongful death incidents. The list of accolades for Mr. Morgan includes a selection to Rising Stars from 2018 to 2023, an honor given to the top 5% in the legal field, and an award from The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 in 2018. However, he is far more proud of securing full and fair compensation for his clients, including $3.65M in two cases of brain injuries suffered by senior citizens.
Ms. Fantasia joined Kenmore after graduating from Chapman University SOL in Orange County with her J.D. She passed the bar in June of 2021 and has quickly become a valuable asset to the firm and the clients who need her dedication and perseverance to secure the settlement or verdict they deserve for their injuries and losses. During her burgeoning career, she has been involved in cases that seek justice for injury victims from some of the most well-known names in the country, including Lowe’s Home Centers and Costco Wholesale Corporation. Her tenacity and legal expertise make her the perfect lawyer to protect the rights of individuals who have suffered a loss or injuries at the hands of these large companies. Ms. Fantasia started at the top and continues building her reputation as the giant slayer who works diligently to protect her clients and their rights. Bonnie is an associate attorney specializing in Personal Injury, Auto Accidents and Workplace Injury. With a passion for justice and a commitment to her clients, Bonnie has dedicated her career to protecting the rights of consumers and victims of accidents1. Bonnie received her master’s degree from the University of Southern California and holds a contract certificate from Harvard University. In her spare time, Bonnie enjoys horseback riding and swimming.
Jeffery Bloeser – As the son of one of the most successful trial attorneys in Southern California, Jeffrey Bloeser has been around law his entire life. Seeing his father move from in-house counsel for an insurance company to setting up his own practice, Jeffrey knew he wanted to fight for those wrongly injured. Jeffrey followed his father’s footsteps in obtaining his B.A. in History from UCLA, graduating magna cum laude, as well as obtaining his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School. After law school, Jeffrey was selected to serve as a Fellow in the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) fellowship program, where Jeffrey interned with a medical malpractice defense firm, a personal injury firm, and a month observing high-exposure trials at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse. Jeffrey has extensive experience in plaintiff’s personal injury and brings his wealth of knowledge to the Kenmore Law Group.
