Mandatory Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

No Jury Trial

You acknowledge and agree that, by agreeing to this arbitration provision, both parties are waiving the right to a trial by jury, and any Dispute shall be resolved through arbitration as outlined above.

Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, either you or the Company may file a claim in small claims court if the claim is within the jurisdiction of such court, and both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the small claims court in Los Angeles, CA. Additionally, this arbitration agreement shall not apply to any claims that cannot be arbitrated under applicable law or that are excluded from arbitration by law.

This Mandatory Arbitration and Class Action Waiver provision shall survive the termination or expiration of your use of the Site or any services provided by us.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Website.
